We went to Chinatown for lunch today and noted there are a few new restaurants opened up. We went to Hing Kee, the restaurant is clean and new, the waitresses are very helpful and always come to our table to pour tea or water. While I was asking about the recommendations for dishes, they recommend a Tofu with mushroom dish for the kids, which came out to be a good choice as the tofu is so soft yet favorable. Lydia loves it, I bet if Elizabeth did not have sushi she would have a lot too. Eric ordered a beef stew with noodle, it was very delicious and spicy!

We finished our two weeks vacation today. We went to Mexico for a week with a family and then went to visit Eric’s relatives for a week. We had so much fun and good food in these two weeks. Elizabeth has enjoyed playing with Tracy’s kids, they are very good kids. Joshua is the same age with Elizabeth, it is so cute to Liston to their conversation. Once Elizabeth was playing Joey’s toy, Joshua said to her that is Joey’s toy, then Elizabeth said that Joey wanted to share the toy right now. I could not help but laughing, but they are pretty serious at each other.
